Overview

The procurement seeks an appointed service provider to design and conduct a Risk Perception Survey and risk assessment for SANParks’ Vision 2040. Requirements

• Mandatory IRMSA membership for the bidder.
• Project Lead: Master’s degree in Risk Management, Economics, Social Science, Statistics, Strategic Management or related field; minimum 5 years in similar work.
• Supporting Team: Lead Researcher/Survey Specialist (5+ years), Risk Specialist (IRMSA membership + 5+ years), Stakeholder Engagement Specialist (5+ years).
• Provide CVs, qualifications, and 3+ client references on letterhead.
• Methodology and project plan detailing sampling, risk analysis, stakeholder engagement, data quality controls, and reporting; aligned to ISO 31000/COSO and SANParks ERM framework.
• Detailed project plan with timelines, governance, QA, and risk management measures.
• Pricing: detailed quotation on company letterhead; total price including VAT for all phases.
• Compliance: CSD registration; SARS Tax Compliance Status (PIN/TCS) or CSD; B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit; POPIA compliance.
