Overview

Appointment of a service provider to conduct Aloe Vossii assessments at Entabeni Plantations, Limpopo, for 2026/27. SAFCOL invites qualified natural scientists (SACNASP-registered, ecology/conservation) to conduct field surveys, analysis, and reporting on Aloe vossii populations, including management recommendations and stakeholder feedback.

Requirements

• SACNASP registration with proof; project leader/manager in ecology/conservation with a detailed CV
• Relevant experience in environmental/ecological/conservation surveys; at least one reference letter
• Latest BBBEE certificate or sworn affidavit
• Valid Tax Clearance certificate and SARS PIN
• Registration on the Central Supplier Database (CSD) with supplier number and unique reference; keep tax status up to date
• Ability to provide all required equipment; pre-arranged site visits with SAFCOL contacts; confidentiality for plantation maps
• Local knowledge advantageous

• Invoicing: invoice/statement aligned with the official order; payment 30 days after completion; no partial payments
