Overview

Appointment of a service provider to conduct independent investigations into governance and leadership challenges at MICT SETA. Bidders should have HR/Organisational development, governance, and public-sector investigation experience; lead consultant with ≥10 years in relevant fields, a master’s degree, and proven investigations in public entities; mandatory documentation includes CSD and tax clearance, SBD forms, and client references (see RFQ-MICT-58-2026 - INVESTIGATIONS.pdf).

Requirements

• Lead consultant: ≥10 years in HRM/Organisational Re-engineering/Industrial Psychology/Corporate Governance; at least 3 investigations in public entities; knowledge of BCEA, LRA, Skills Development Act; experience with King IV.
• Lead consultant: master’s degree in HRM/Organisational Re-engineering/Industrial Psychology/Corporate Governance or equivalent.
• Bidder: proven experience in investigations related to HR/Labour relations/Governance in the public sector; at least three contactable reference letters.
• Documentation: CSD registration, valid tax clearance, SBD 4, SBD 6.1, certified IDs, CIPC documents, shareholding certificate, and Form A (eligibility).
• Specific goals (40 points potential): evidence of ownership by historically disadvantaged persons, women, and/or youth with appropriate supporting documents.
• Pricing: provide a detailed pricing schedule; bid must remain valid for 90 days; delivery address and period specified in the RFQ.
