Overview

The Department of Water and Sanitation: Eastern Operations invites bids to appoint a service provider to conduct a one-off ISO management systems training program (ISO 14001:2026 and ISO 9001:2015) for staff. Bidders should be experienced training providers with accreditation from recognized ISO bodies (e.g., PECB, CQI/IRCA, Exemplar Global) and have trainers with at least 3 years’ Lead Auditor/Lead Implementer experience, with CVs and evidence of relevant work. Requirements

• Accredited by an internationally recognized certification/training body (e.g., PECB, CQI/IRCA, Exemplar Global).
• Trainers: at least two with 3+ years’ Certified Lead Auditor/Lead Implementer experience; evidence of ISO-related work.
• Training materials aligned to ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 14001:2026; detailed programme, learning outcomes, assessment method, attendance registers, completion certificates; ensure candidates are registered/certified with the relevant body.
• Fully completed BOQ and SBD3.1; adherence to mandatory documentation.
• Administrative: CSD report, SARS Tax Compliance PIN, active CIPC registration, BBBEE status certificate or sworn affidavit; letter of authority for signing; GCC compliance.
• Returnable documents: SBD1, SBD3.1, SBD4, SBD6.1; accreditation letters; CK certificate; original tax clearance; IDs of shareholders; BBBEE documentation; CSD reports.
• Delivery: training conducted physically at the provider’s facility; in English; invoicing based on actual employees trained.
• Pricing: firm prices in the Pricing Schedule; valid for tender period.
