Overview

This RFQ seeks a service provider to conduct security/pre-employment screening for the Deeds Registration Trading Entity (DRTE) for six months. Eligible bidders are providers with a web-based background screening platform capable of biometric checks, identity/venue verifications, and related services, plus training, reporting, and maintenance capabilities.

Requirements

• Web-based background screening system with offline functionality and user/billing reporting.
• Training for 35 departmental users every three months (six months total); fingerprint readers provided at inception; ongoing support and maintenance.
• Screenings to cover: Citizenship Verification; Residence/Work Permits; Qualifications; Drivers Licence; Criminal Record Checks; Employment References; Credit/Financial Records; Comprehensive Business Interests; PSIRA Verification; ENatis Vehicle Check; SARS VAT Verification.
• Deliverables: functional screening system, ongoing maintenance, and monthly management reports.
• Compliance: complete Pricing Schedule; provide at least three client references on letterhead; submit full CSD report; VAT-inclusive pricing; include bank details matching CSD; hard copies of company registration and directors’ IDs; SBD forms (SBD4, SBD6.1) as applicable.
• Note: background screening system payments are per search/use.
