Overview

Procurement of a service provider to conduct the South African Sign Language course (Beginner Level) for EDTEA employees. This is a KwaZulu-Natal RFQ targeting training providers with SA Sign Language delivery capabilities, and with relevant professional accreditation.

Requirements

• Must be registered on the Central Suppliers Database (CSD) or provide Tax Compliance Status (TCS) PIN; provide SARS PIN or CSD number as applicable.
• Provide proof of SARS TCS or CSD registration for all parties in any consortium/joint venture.
• Demonstrate professional accreditation/registration for the company with ETDP SETA or an equivalent CHE/SETA; supply proof.
• Minimum functionality score of 60% to advance to price evaluation.
• Complete and submit all returnable documents (SBD forms, pricing schedules, questionnaires, CVs per Annexures) and sign governing contracts; authorization to sign bid required.
• Pricing must be firm and inclusive of taxes; indicate delivery/implementation timelines; offer validity typically 60 days.
• HDI goal and geographical location targeting KZN-based bids may earn points (80/20 price-goal split; specific goals documented in the bid).
