APPOINTMENT OF A SERVICE PROVIDER TO CONDUCT TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT FACILITATOR (TDF) TRAINING FOR AUTOMOTIVE BUSINESS STAFF MEMBERS OF THE NRCS. The NRCS seeks a qualified service provider to design and deliver a TDF programme for NRCS automotive staff, including curriculum design, learner materials, assessments, and Certificates of competency, over a 3–5 day delivery window (target participants: automotive regulatory specialists). Requirements

• Proof of registration with the Central Supplier Database (CSD) and SCM verification after closing.
• Tax compliance status: provide SARS PIN (or CSD number if no PIN) and ensure tax obligations are met.
• Fully completed and signed SBD forms.
• Delivery period not longer than 2 months after Purchase Order.
• No late bids; compliance with GCC, SBDs, and tender conditions.
