Overview

This RFQ invites formal written price quotations for the provision of vetting services on a month-to-month basis. Requirements

• Must be registered on CWDM’s Supplier Database and the Central Supplier Database before closing.
• Complete and submit the official quotation document in BLACK ink; avoid Tippex corrections.
• Provide SARS Tax Compliance Pin; include CIDB if applicable; include VAT details.
• B-BBEE Status Level Verification Certificate (or sworn affidavit for EMEs/QSEs).
• Signatory authority: attach a board/partner resolution authorising the bidder’s representative.
• Site/information meetings: attend if compulsory.
• Provide up-to-date municipal accounts for bidder and directors; comply with PPPFA and related evaluation criteria.
• Validity period of quotation: 180 days from closing date.
