Overview

Appointment of a service provider to conduct workplace approval site visits and audits for all MICT SETA occupational qualifications. The supplier will perform desktop compliance assessments, workplace approval site visits, compliance audits, monitoring visits, and related reporting across six SA provinces for all MICT SETA qualifications.

Requirements

• Proven track record in quality assurance auditing or skills development compliance in SA.
• Sound knowledge of QCTO OQSF, the Skills Development Act, and the MICT SETA Workplace Approval Policy.
• A defined quality management system for site visits and reporting.
• Capacity to manage a high volume of applications and site visits across multiple provinces.
• Designated Project Manager with ≥5 years in skills development/QA/audit management.
• Qualified auditors/assessors with relevant experience in at least one MICT SETA sub-sector; workplace auditors registered with a SETA/QCTO or equivalent.
• Adequate staffing to meet reporting timeframes across all provinces.
• National footprint or formal sub-contractor partnerships covering all six provinces.
• Own transport or verifiable access to transport for site visits.
• Records management system for approved workplaces and confidentiality per POPIA.
