Appointment of a service provider to design and facilitate the organisation-wide culture transformation and change management programme that supports the entity’s strategy and improves organisational effectiveness. Suitable bidders are consultants with extensive organisational development/culture transformation and change management experience, PFMA/public-sector governance familiarity, and the ability to transfer capability internally. Requirements

• 10+ years in organisational development or culture transformation (attach company profile).
• 3+ compliant reference letters from public sector/state-owned entities.
• At least one HPCSA-registered industrial psychologist in the team.
• At least one team member with certified change management practitioner status.
• At least one team member with Masters/Hons in HR, Leadership or Change Management.
• A sound methodology addressing: governance, project plan, project/methodology, change management approach, culture analyses, risk management, benefits realisation, knowledge transfer.
• Compliance with PFMA/public-sector governance; internal capability building; and deliverables across Phase 1 and Phase 2 within a 6-month contract.
• Completion of mandatory bid documents: SBD 1, SBD 4, SBD 6.1, SBD 3 plus proof of CSD registration and Tax Compliance status (PIN) or CSD number.
