Overview

Appointment of a service provider to design, manufacture, branding, delivery, deployment, installation, support, and maintenance of high-quality, durable, secure, movable, and modular kiosks and chairs. The contract covers national rollout (up to 400 kiosks and 1,200 chairs across ~200 sites in 9 provinces) with an 8-month delivery/initial production phase and a 3-year SLA for ongoing support and replacements. Suitable for vendors with kiosk fabrication, modular furniture, and branding capabilities, plus compliance and security credentials (PCI DSS, ISO 27001, POPIA).

Requirements

• Demonstrated experience designing/building kiosks or modular retail furniture in the last 10 years, with at least 3 client portfolios and 30 kiosks per project; provide signed reference letters.
• Ability to deliver and support nationwide (9 provinces) with a clear delivery/support model.
• Compliance with tax and supplier verification: SARS Tax Compliance Status PIN or Central Supplier Database (CSD) number; separate documents for consortium members.
• Compliance with standards: PCI DSS, ISO 27001, POPIA, SABS safety, ADA/ISO accessibility; site HSE and branding guidelines; durable, public-environment materials.
• Branding alignment with Postbank standards; ownership of deliverables remains with Postbank.
