Requirements

• Civil engineering qualification for project leader; ICAO Training - Airport Pavement Strength Rating (APSR EN); registration with SAICE/Professional Body.
• Demonstrated experience: current/previous ACR-PCR determinations at airports; functionality scoring with a minimum threshold (10/15 points) to advance.
• Preferential procurement: up to 20 points (Black Owned 10; Woman-owned 5; Local within Msunduzi 5; verified via CSD/CIPC/utility bill).
• Compliance: Tax Clearance Certificate and SARS Tax Compliance PIN; CSD Supplier Number and Unique Registration Reference; CIDB grade as applicable; VAT-inclusive pricing.
• Delivery: complete the project within 2 weeks of appointment; penalties of R500/day for delays; fixed-price contract with no escalation.
