APPOINTMENT OF A SERVICE PROVIDER TO DEVELOP A ROADS AND STORMWATER MASTER PLAN FOR BELA-BELA LOCAL MUNICIPALITY (RE-ADVERT).

Overview

The Bela-Bela Local Municipality seeks to appoint a service provider to develop a Roads and Stormwater Master Plan for Bela-Bela (Re-advertised). Suitable bidders are service providers with the capacity to execute urban planning/engineering master-planning projects, including roads and stormwater components, in line with municipal SCM requirements.

Requirements

• Company registration documents (CK, share certificates, shareholding info for all parties in JV/consortium).
• Directors’ information and certified IDs (not older than 6 months) for all parties.
• Central Supplier Database (CSD) report or SARS Tax Clearance PIN; valid Tax Clearance.
• Authority for Signatory form, with director/member resolutions (and JV docs if applicable).
• Municipal rates/taxes accounts for company and directors (not older than 3 months; not in arrears >90 days). If leased, include lease docs or lessor’s account; if rates are not in name of the company/directors, provide a supporting affidavit.
• Joint Venture agreement (if applicable).
• MBD forms (1, 2, 4, 6.1, 7.2, 8, 9), Form of Offer and Acceptance; signed and completed on official tender forms.
• Means of verification for specific goals (80/20 points framework).
