Overview

The Department of Transport seeks a service provider/consultant to develop an Impact Analysis Model of Transport on the Economy of South Africa for a 36-month period. Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in transport impact analysis modelling; provide company and team experience per Annexure D (Annexure D.template.company and team exp DOT042026ITP.xlsx)
• Complete and submit the Annexure B pricing schedule: B1 (Daily rates) and B2 (deliverables); sign paper copies; provide both paper and protected electronic copies; prices in ZAR, excluding VAT; indicate if not VAT registered
• Alignment with PPPFA and SBD 1 pricing; ensure price matrices reflect SBD 1 values (Annexure B)
• Provide verifiable client references and attach certified copies of team qualifications; include Annexure D3 summaries and project details
• Attendance at the mandatory briefing; non-attendance disqualifying
• Pricing and documentation must be kept in the required formats; do not alter formulas in the Pricing Schedule (Annexure B)
