Appointment of a service provider to do certain repairs at Malelane Post Office, including closing private boxes and repairing lights and ceilings. Bidders should be experienced building/maintenance contractors with CIDB 1GB (Active) or a valid CRS number, and possess relevant certifications in building, electrical and related works.

Requirements

• CIDB: minimum grade 1GB (Active) or CRS number valid at bid closing.
• Tax and supplier status: Tax Compliance Status (PIN) via SARS or CSD registration; CSD/MAAA number.
• Compliance registrations: COIDA registration; Public Liability insurance minimum R1,000,000.
• Documentation: SBD1, SBD4, Confidentiality/NDA, Certificate of Acquaintance; Annexure BR references; pricing schedule (Annexure F1).
• BBBEE/specific goals: ≥51% Black-owned, ≥51% Youth-owned, ≥51% Women-owned, ≥1% Disabled-owned (with SANAS BBBEE or sworn affidavit or DTI BBBEE certificate).
• Returnable documents: latest CIDB/CRS proof, completed BOQ/Pricing, reference letters, and BBBEE proof.
• Site visit: Compulsory site visit on 03 July 2026 at Malelane Post Office.
• Pricing: complete pricing in ZAR; VAT 15%; pricing schedule must cover all items (per Annexure F1).
