• Tax compliance: SARS Tax Compliance PIN; CSD registration and Supplier Database registration.
• Other: Declaration of Interest, Conflict of Interest, Independent Tender Determination, and related certifications; lead partner details for JV/consortia; adherence to price scheduling and bids’ validity.
