Overview

Appointment of a service provider to execute white boxing of the 3rd floor of the Nelspruit Operational Office – ABSA Square Building. This is a construction/fit-out demolition and restoration project. Bidders should be building/construction firms with CIDB 1GB+, valid tax clearance, SANAS-accredited B-BBEE certificate (or EME/QSE sworn affidavit), CSD registration, at least two similar-completion references, and health/safety capability. Scope is to restore the space to open shell, removing partitions, finishes, services, and handover to the client. Requirements

• CIDB minimum 1GB or higher
• Valid tax clearance
• CSD registration (and register within 7 working days of award if not already on CSD)
• SANAS-accredited B-BBEE certificate or sworn affidavit for EME/QSE
• Minimum of two completion certificates or client references for similar work
• Proof of local residence/address
• Health and safety capability
• Proof of funding if required
• ID copies of company directors
• Completion of all SBD/related bidding forms
