Overview

Procurement is for a service provider to facilitate a four-day ActionFirst National Co-Production Workshop for 75 participants (28-31 July 2026) in Gauteng (Centurion). SAWS seeks a facilitation-focused partner with multi-stakeholder workshop experience to deliver facilitation, accompanying documentation, and outputs such as an Action-Based Forecasting Roadmap and SOP updates. Requirements

• Lead Facilitator must hold at least a Master of Social Sciences or Master of Business Administration (certified copy, not older than 6 months).
• Provide CVs and three contactable client references for multi-stakeholder workshops; include evidence of facilitation track record.
• Must be registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD) with a provided registration number; tax compliance PIN or SARS tax clearance; or CSD number if no PIN.
• Submit all SBD forms: Annexure A completed (pricing), SBD 3.3, SBD 4 (declaration), and (if claiming points) SBD 6.1; BBBEE status certificate or sworn affidavit.
• POPIA compliance: supplier notice and consent form included.
• Price ceiling: bid must stay within up to R500,000 (as per Annexure A).
• Due diligence, site visits, and potential SLA with supplier performance management; final outputs due by 14 August 2026. (Annexure H; Annexure G)
