Procurement of a service provider to facilitate a one-month training workshop of BCM Champions and key personnel to support organisational BCM performance and resilience. Suitable for bidders with BCM training expertise, ISO/BCI credentials, and proven facilitator experience.

Who should bid:

• BCM training providers with 5+ years facilitation experience
• Lead facilitator: Bachelor’s degree (NQF 7) in Risk Management or Business Administration/Management; member of the Business Continuity Institute (MBCI or FBCI)
• South African nationals; able to provide CVs, references, and attestations
• Must supply reference letters from previous clients on letterhead

Note: pricing annexure indicates a 5-day deliverable, while the scope describes a one-month workshop; seek clarification if needed (see Annexure A and Addendum TOR).

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years BCM training facilitation; client reference letters
• Lead facilitator: NQF7 degree in specified fields; BCI membership (MBCI/FBCI)
• CVs and references for BCM training delivery (5+ years)
• Methodology: provide a detailed project plan (attach)
• Compliance: SBD 4; company registration (CIPC); tax clearance or SARS pin; CSD registration
• Security: SA nationals; staff security screening as per The Presidency policy
• Standards: ISO 22301 and Good Practice Guidelines 2023
• Contract terms: commence after Purchase Order; provide CVs/qualifications for any changes
• Evaluation: 60/100 minimum; 80/20 or 90/10 preference system with specific goals (women, youth, PWD)
