Overview

Procurement of a service provider to facilitate structured business training under the New Venture Creation framework for Zimele Traders Fund beneficiaries across KwaZulu-Natal. Suitable bidders are those with proven small business training experience, IsiZulu fluency, and accreditation to facilitate New Venture Creation (CFO code SP 210401). The programme targets 385 beneficiaries across 11 districts and requires on-site delivery of a 1-day training, plus production of training materials.

Requirements

• Fluent IsiZulu facilitator; familiarity with KwaZulu-Natal dynamics.
• At least 3 years’ experience in small business training; 3 reference letters not older than 3 years; accredited to facilitate New Venture Creation (CFO code – SP 210401).
• Deliver 1-day full business training to SMMEs on topics: Business Management for Spaza Shops, Financial, Stock, Pricing/Profitability, Customer Service/Marketing, Compliance.
• Produce 400 detailed training manuals (A4, branded), 400 branded notebooks and pens, flip charts and markers.
• Reporting: post-session report within 5 working days; closeout report within 30 days after completion.
• Administrative compliance: CSD registration, SARS tax compliance (PIN/TCS), separate TCS for consortia/sub-contractors; SBD forms and authority proofs as required.
