Appointment of a service provider to facilitate educational awareness programmes addressing social ills, including GBV, drug and substance abuse, gang activity, teenage pregnancy, and bullying. Suitable for bidders in education/training, community development or public-sector social programmes; target providers with experience in program delivery, stakeholder engagement and community education.

Requirements

• Registration on CWDM Supplier Database and Central Supplier Database (CSD).
• Complete formal written price quotation in BLACK ink; no Tippex; submit the original document and ensure pages are complete and ambiguities resolved before closure.
• CIDB registration number if applicable (provide CIDB details and ensure verification).
• Tax compliance: SARS Tax Compliance Status Pin; tax matters in order; VAT considerations if contract value exceeds R2.3 million (invoice VAT visible).
• B-BBEE: submit original/valid B-BBEE Status Level Verification Certificate or sworn affidavit (EME/QSE rules apply; consolidated certificate for joint ventures).
• Locality requirements to earn preference: municipal account not older than 90 days; lease agreement or bank letter proving business address.
• Compliance with general and special contracting conditions and PPFA-based evaluation criteria.
