Overview

The procurement is to appoint a service provider to facilitate security grade refresher training for 7 security personnel. Target bidders are providers of security training services capable of delivering refresher programs and completing CEF Group’s due-diligence requirements, with access to the Sandton area and ability to submit by the deadline.

Requirements

• Complete and return the CEF KYC Questionnaire in full, including all required attachments (document 6. CEF KYC Questionnaires.pdf).
• Provide comprehensive corporate details (registered name, registration number, tax status, country of incorporation, contact and management details) and evidence of experience in the security/training sector.
• Demonstrate compliance with data protection, information security, ethics and integrity policies, including sub-processor arrangements and breach reporting capabilities.
• Include financial standing information (tax status and verification; confirmation of returns) and disclose any insolvency, liquidation, or ongoing litigation.
