Overview

APPOINTMENT OF A SERVICE PROVIDER TO INVESTIGATE AND REPAIR FAULTY TOILETS AT ITC. Ithala seeks a facilities/maintenance service provider capable of investigating and repairing multiple toilet issues at ITC. Suitable bidders are those with plumbing/building services capabilities and relevant certifications, including CIDB ratings.

Requirements

• CIDB grading 1GB or higher (or equivalent).
• Tax/compliance: VAT/CSD registration, SARS PIN or TAX CLEARANCE; if in a consortium, separate PIN/CSDS for each party.
• Central Supplier Database (CSD) registration and good standing with SARS.
• Complete and sign SBD 1 (with supporting resolution) and SBD 4 (declaration of interest).
• Compliance with COIDA.
• Compliance with PFMA/SCM rules; no disqualifications for state service personnel.
• Note: The successful bidder will need to sign SBD 7 (Contract Form) if awarded.

• Pre-qualifications: Ensure CSD registration, SARS PIN/TCS, CIDB 1GB/1SN or higher; tax compliance status; specify if part of a consortium (separate TCS/CSDS for each party).
