Overview

This tender seeks to appoint a service provider to moderate developed EISA instruments for registered occupational qualifications (OC: Close protector and part qualification). Requirements

• Experience moderating assessment instruments for registered qualifications.
• Compliance with General Conditions of Contract (GCC) and any applicable Special Conditions of Contract (SCC). (see Annexure A - GCC.pdf)
• Provide performance security within 30 days of award (form: bank guarantee, irrevocable letter of credit, or cashier’s/ certified cheque). (GCC 7.1)
• SARS tax clearance certificate (original) and tax matters in order. (GCC 32.3)
• No involvement in corrupt, fraudulent, or restrictive practices; adherence to anti-collusive provisions. (GCC 34)
