Overview

Appointment of a Service Provider to Moderate External Integrated Summative Assessment (EISA) for the OC: Detective, 171 Credits, from appointment date until 31 March 2027. SASSETA seeks a service provider with proven EISA moderation experience, preferably with policing/detective sector insight, ETDP SETA assessor/moderator credentials, SAQA verification where needed, and National Treasury Central Supplier Database (CSD) registration (CSD number required).

Requirements

• Demonstrated moderation experience: at least one completed assignment moderating EISA instruments/tools or related assessment tools; non-submission may disqualify (RFQ doc; 1.4.1.1).
• Qualifications: EISA moderator CV showing at least 6 years in Policing/Investigations/Detective, and at least 5 years in assessment/moderation.
• Mandatory documents: ETDP SETA assessor/moderator results (Unit standards 115753/115759) or related ETD qualification; NQF level 6 policing qualification; SAQA verification for international qualifications if applicable (not older than 6 months).
• Administrative: complete SBD 1, 3.3, 4, 6.1; provide CSD number; pricing on SBD 3.3; travel terms (economy class, DoT rates) and approvals.
• Operational: moderation of eight (8) EISA papers per qualification within a three-day window at SASSETA; cannot be both developer and moderator for the same qualification.
• Other: sign confidentiality/POPIA compliance; GCC Annexure A forms; travel/documents as specified.
