Overview

Appointment of a service provider to offer Monitoring and Evaluation training for DSTI (3–5 days, for one delegate). Bidders should be training providers with M&E expertise, and must meet tax, supplier registration, and B-BBEE/preference requirements; familiarity with SBD forms and DSTI processes is helpful.

Requirements

• Proof of registration on the Central Supplier Database (CSD) and tax compliance (SARS PIN or TCS) or provide CSD number if no TCS.
• Completed official bid forms: SBD1, SBD4, and SBD6.1; BBBEE certificate or sworn affidavit (for goals scoring).
• Detailed company profile, plus facilitator qualifications and 1–2 years’ M&E training experience; evidence of track record in M&E training.
• Prices must include VAT and align with the tasks; compliance with POPI data handling requirements.
• Submission on official forms (not re-typed) and adherence to bid conditions, including capacity to sign a contract (SBD7) if successful.
