Overview

Appointment of a service provider to offer Organisational Culture Training. DSTI (Department of Science and Innovation) invites quotes to supply organisational culture training for one delegate. Training to cover specified content over 3–5 days, delivered virtually or in person. Submission deadline: 23 October 2026 at 11:00. Briefing is at Brummeria, Tshwane.

Requirements

• CSD registration with National Treasury and compliant tax matters (SARS PIN) or CSD number.
• Completion of SBD forms: SBD1, SBD4, and SBD6.1 (POPIA consent included).
• Certified BBBEE certificate or sworn affidavit (required for specific-goal scoring).
• Detailed company profile, track record, and facilitator qualifications (2–3 years’ experience in organisational culture training).
• Evidence of facilitator qualifications and capability to deliver the content listed in the Terms of Reference.
• Service delivery during working hours; prices inclusive of VAT and linked to defined tasks.
• Adherence to DSTI POPI/privacy requirements for personal information. (6. Terms of Reference)
