Overview

Appointment of a service provider to perform specialized traffic surveying on provincial roads in Gauteng Province for a period of three years. Bids are invited from professional civil engineers/technologists registered with ECSA (Pr Eng/Tech) with relevant Traffic Engineering/Traffic Impact Assessment experience and capability to meet the project’s sensor, data, and reporting requirements (Annexures A–G). A compulsory briefing is required.

Requirements

• Proof of current ECSA registration (Pr Eng/Tech). (Tender Document)

• Complete and submit compulsory SBD documents (SBD 4 and SBD 6.1). (Tender Document)
• For Joint Ventures/Consortia: detailed signed agreement showing revenue/work split. (Tender Document)
• Tax clearance status, CSD registration, and company/CIPC registrations; SARS PIN required. (Tender Document)
• Compliance with defaulters list restrictions; sign the integrity and enterprise questionnaires. (Tender Document)
• Functionality scoring: max 100, min threshold 70; must complete Key Staff, Past contracts, Equipment, QA, and ISO9001 (or in-house QMS). (Tender Document)
• Specific Goals: valid B-BBEE certificates or sworn affidavits; evidence for HDI, woman, youth, disability, locality. (Tender Document)
