Overview

Appointment of a service provider to procure, supply and install (setup) Adobe InDesign, Adobe Illustrator, and Canva for Business software licenses for the Communications and Stakeholder Management Unit under the Group Finance Department. This is an RFQ issued by the City of Johannesburg. Bid is open to suppliers with graphic design software licensing capability and relevant procurement capability; registration on COJ’s supplier database and tax/compliance prerequisites apply.

Requirements

• Compliance with COJ supplier registration and Central Supplier Database; valid Tax Clearance or SARS Pin; VAT status.
• Completion and signing of all compulsory forms (Form A, Form B, Form C, Form D, Form E, Form F, Form G, Form H, etc.).
• BBBEE compliance (certificate or sworn affidavit) and adherence to CoJ SCM and H&S requirements.
• Delivery terms: all prices in ZAR exclusive of VAT, firm; delivery to indicated COJ address; labour for off-loading/delivery.
