• Provide a detailed pricing breakdown (Pricing Schedule) and comply with PPPFA 2022 80/20 (80 for price, 20 for specific goals).
• Claim specific goal preferences (≥51% Black, Women, Youth, or People with Disabilities ownership) with certified documentation.
