Appointment of a service provider to renew Atlassian products (Jira, Bitbucket and Confluence) for twelve months. Bidders with Atlassian renewal experience and relevant certifications should bid. Requirements

• Valid, accredited Atlassian reseller certificate or letter of good standing, valid on RFQ closing date (mandatory).
• Complete and sign SBD 1, 4 and 6.1; submit with bid (mandatory).
• Tax compliance: provide SARS PIN; if unavailable, provide CSD number; bid will be invalid if not compliant.
• Submit on Central Supplier Database (CSD) where applicable; include CSD number.
• B-BBEE: provide valid certificate or sworn affidavit; documents to claim specific-goal points (HDI, ownership by disability, youth, etc.).
• Evidence of authority to sign (e.g., company resolution) and any other general terms in the CMS RFQ (see documents for full compliance criteria).
