Overview

RFQ to appoint a service provider to provide Basic First Aid Training Level 01 for the IASP at Ezemvelo KZN Wildlife. Open to training providers with relevant accreditation and delivery capability in KwaZulu-Natal. Submission closes 27 July 2026 at 11:00. Delivery location: EZEMVELO KZN Wildlife, Pietermaritzburg. Requirements

• Central Suppliers Database (CSD) registration and number; non-registration at closing disqualifies.
• Tax compliance: SARS PIN/TCS status; provide TCS or CSD if no TCS; ensure SARS in order.
• Accreditation: valid proof of trainer qualifications (National Certificate 74269 or unit standards 119567).
• Mandatory personnel: three CVs of experienced trainings staff and proof of current assessor/moderator registrations.
• BBBEE: provide BBBEE status verification certificate or sworn affidavit; attach CSD proof for ownership if claiming goals.
• Specific goals and location: ownership and regional location verified via CSD; KwaZulu-Natal as geographical area.
