Requirements

• Relevant experience in infrastructure project preparation, technical feasibility studies, transaction advisory and implementation readiness in water & sanitation; provide three client references with contact details.
• A project-specific methodology and a detailed project plan (High-Level WBS and Gantt) aligned to the four phases; include QA/QC and risk management processes.
• Key personnel with minimum 5 years post-registration experience; Team to include:
  • Project Lead: Pr Eng (ECSA) or SAICA/SAIPA
  • Project Manager/Technical Lead: SACPCMP Pr CPM or ECSA Pr Eng
  • Finance Lead: SAICA/SAIPA (FMVA advantageous)
  • Economics Lead: socio-economic/CBA experience
  • CVs, proof of registrations
• Returnable schedules and Annexures: Schedule 1–4; Annexures 1–8; Board resolutions, ID copies, tax compliance, B-BBEE documentation, disclosure, JV/consortium details if applicable.
