Overview

APPOINTMENT OF A SERVICE PROVIDER TO PROVIDE CATERING AND RELATED SERVICES AT THEKOLOHELONG OLD AGE HOME FOR A PERIOD OF THREE YEARS. The procurement is for institutional catering and related services on behalf of the Free State Department of Social Development; suitable bidders include catering operators with experience in institutional settings and who can meet nutrition/dietician requirements and public‑sector compliance.

Requirements

• Central Supplier Database (CSD) registration and upkeep.
• Tax compliance status (including SARS PIN/TCS where applicable).
• Not in the service of the state; not restricted from bidding; no tender defaulter status.
• Availability of a Dietician, with HPCSA registration; CV and qualifications.
• Completion and submission of all SBD forms (SBD 1, 3.1, 3.2, 4, 6.1, 7.2) and pricing schedules.
• Nutrition menus as part of the bid; Joint Venture/Consortium arrangements if applicable.
• Pricing must be firm, with approved adjustments after year one; comply with GCC/SCC terms.
