Overview

This RFQ seeks a service provider to provide catering for the Ngodini project meeting. Suitable bidders are public-sector catering/event providers with capacity to feed about 30 attendees, covering breakfast (scones, tea/coffee) and lunch (chicken curry, rice, salad, juice), and with appropriate registrations and certifications (CSD, SARS tax compliance, B-BBEE).

Requirements

• Central Suppliers Database (CSD) registration
• Tax compliance: SARS PIN and Tax Compliance Status (TCS)
• Complete and submit all specified bid forms (SBD1, SBD3.3, SBD4, SBD6.1) and related certificates
• B-BBEE: either verification certificate or sworn affidavit (for EMEs/QSEs)
• Authority to sign and company resolution (proof of authority)
• Not a state employee or state-owned entity conflict; disclose any relationships
• Pricing must be all-inclusive (delivery, materials, travel, etc.)
• CSD number Proof attached; bid may be disqualified if not registered by closing (see documents)
