APPOINTMENT OF A SERVICE PROVIDER TO PROVIDE CATERING SERVICES FOR THE MASAKHE BUSINESS WORKSHOP AT ITC. The supplier will cater for 100 attendees on workshop day, delivering breakfast and lunch with specified menu and timely service. Suitable bidders are catering service providers with mass-catering experience, compliance with South African public sector rules (PPPFA), and the ability to supply required staffing, utensils, and logistics.

Requirements

• Mandatory admin/compliance: register on the National Treasury Central Supplier Database (CSD); be in good standing with SARS (PIN/TCS); provide separate TCS/PIN/CSD for each JV/consortium member; if no TCS PIN, provide a CSD number.
• Tax and ethics: tax compliance; no affiliation with the state; complete SBD 1 and SBD 4 declarations; proof of authority for signing.
• Submissions: use official bid forms (not re-typed); SBD 7 (contract form) to be signed if awarded.
• Evaluation framework: 80/20 (price vs. specific goals) or 90/10 where applicable; preference points for specific goals with required documentation.
