Appointment of a service provider to provide cleaning, hygiene, fumigation, pest control and fogging services for the Department of Co-operative Governance and Traditional Affairs (COGTA) for 36 months at No 15 Marshall Street, Ferreiras Dorp, Johannesburg. Bidders should be service providers in cleaning, hygiene, fumigation and pest control with current COIDA, CCNPF, Department of Agriculture pest control/fumigation registrations, hazardous waste disposal registrations, and valid CSD or SARS tax-compliance status; must operate in Gauteng and attend the compulsory briefing. The contract uses an 80/20 preferential system with 20 points for specific goals; overall 100 functionality points (60 paper-based, 40 site) with a 75-point minimum threshold and a mandatory site/due-diligence process.
