Overview

The procurement is the appointment of a service provider to deliver gardening services at SABS East London office for 36 months. Requirements

• CSD registration report
• BBBEE certificate or sworn affidavit (to claim specific goals)
• SBD 4 Bidders Disclosure Form
• SBD 6.1 Preference Points claim form
• COIDA or FEM Letter of Good Standing
• Public Liability Insurance (minimum R2 million)
• Reference letters for similar services (recent 5 years; 3+ recommended)
• Supervisor CV and proof of qualification
