Overview

Appointment of a service provider to hire plant equipment to SAFCOL Ngome Plantation (wet-rate with diesel and operator included). Requirements

• Complete the RFQ on company letterhead; submission via email to RFQCentralNSP@safcol.co.za (RFQ/ROA/021/2026).

• B-BBEE: SANAS-accredited verification certificate OR EME/QSE sworn affidavit.

• Latest Tax Clearance/SARS PIN.

• CSD registration (or MAAA number); if not registered, register within 7 working days of award.

• Company documents: registration (Pty/Trust/CC, etc) and IDs of company directors.

• Supplier Code of Conduct acknowledgment.

• Returnable documents: fully completed RFQ, official quotation on letterhead, BBBEE certificate or sworn affidavit, CSD/MAAA, directors’ IDs, tax clearance, SBD forms.

• Non-compliance tax status or misrepresentation may disqualify (and non-compliant bids may be rejected).

• Bids may claim Specific Goals points (80/20 system) with supporting documentation.

• Specific goals (up to 20 points) include: 51% Black Ownership; 30% Black Women Ownership; 51% Owned by People with Disabilities; 51% Black Youth Owned; with required proof documents per goal (e.g., CIPC, BBBEE, ID).
