Overview

Appointment of a service provider to provide hiring of plant equipment to SAFCOL Tweefontein Plantation. SAFCOL invites quotations (RFQ/TWE/030/2026) from service providers with plant-hire capabilities (notably a Construction Grader with operator) to supply and potentially establishment/de-establishment work at Tweefontein Plantation.

Requirements

• Complete the RFQ document and submit on company letterhead.
• Latest SARS Tax Clearance and/or SARS PIN.
• SANAS-accredited BBBEE Verification or sworn affidavit for EME/QSE.
• CSD registration (or MAAA number) and company registration documents.
• ID copies of company directors and supplier code of conduct.
• Original or copy of BBBEE certificate or sworn affidavit.
• Completed SBD forms and all requested returnable documents.
• Ensure compliance with all conditions (e.g., prices inclusive of VAT; no delivery before PO).
• Phase 1 administrative criteria must be met; Phase 2 price and specific-goals scoring apply (80/20).

• Include: fully completed RFQ; official quotation on letterhead; latest Tax Clearance; BBBEE certificate/sworn affidavit; CSD report or MAAA number; ID copies of directors; Supplier Code of Conduct.
• If not registered on CSD, register within 7 working days of award.
