Overview

SAFCOL invites quotations to hire tipper trucks (10-ton min) and a TLB with operator, plus a water truck and site services, for Msunduzi Plantation. Bidders should have heavy equipment hire capability and meet locality, registration, and B-BBEE prerequisites to operate in the uMgungundlovovu District.

Requirements

• Only companies residing in the uMgungundlovvu District Municipality may respond.
• Complete RFQ on company letterhead; return all SBD documents.
• SANAS-accredited B-BBEE certificate or an EME/QSE sworn affidavit.
• Tax clearance and proof of SARS compliance; CSD registration (or register within 7 days of award).
• Returnable documents: CIPC/company registration, IDs of directors, Supplier Code of Conduct, latest BBBEE certificate or sworn affidavit, CSD/MAAA number.

• Mandatory locality verification: provide a letter from the uMgungundlovu District Municipality confirming locality, stamped and dated.
• Special conditions include prices inclusive of VAT and that goods/services may only be delivered on issue of an official purchase order or promissory note.
