Open to commercial landlords/property owners capable of leasing a building near Pretoria CBD that can accommodate ~1,200 officials, provide ~450 secure parking bays, and ~1,400 m² of records/storage, plus base-building infrastructure and tenant installation readiness. Requirements

• Legal authority to lease the property (title/lease or mandate) and full property details.
• Accommodation capacity for ~1,200 officials, ~450 parking bays, and ~1,400 m² storage; floor plans and area schedules.
• Compliance: occupiable as commercial office, fire/life-safety and accessible design.
• Structural integrity; no material defects; floor-loading info; site inspections.
• Functional base-building infrastructure: electrical, water/sanitation, HVAC, lifts, backup power, etc.
• Security and access control: CCTV, access control, visitor management.
• ICT/telecom readiness: fibre, entry points, risers, server spaces.
• Tenant installation capability with clear pricing; separate from base rental.
• Parking details, move-in readiness, and records/storage conditions.
• Statutory compliance: occupancy/fire/electrical certificates; environmental/municipal requirements.
• Tax/CSD compliance: SARS PIN, CSD registration, COIDA good standing; SBD forms.
• Site inspection and property information schedules (Annexures A–D) and SBD requirements.
• Note: Cleaning/hygiene/pest-control is not a mandatory bid-qualification criterion.
