Appointment of a service provider to provide landscaping, bush clearing, weeds control and gardening services at ATNS George Airport and related locations for five years on an “as and when” basis. Bidders in landscaping/vegetation management with CIDB 3SH+ or higher, COIDA compliance, SARS tax clearance (TCS/PIN) or CSD registration, and proven Western Cape presence should consider bidding.

Requirements

• CIDB grading: minimum 3SH or higher (proof and CRS number) (Volume 1A).
• COIDA compliance: valid Letter of Good Standing.
• Tax compliance: SARS TCS/PIN valid for the duration, or CSD registration proof.
• Central Supplier Database (CSD) registration or proof of application.
• Local footprint: verifiable presence within the Western Cape region where priced.
• Three recent, contactable references for similar vegetation-management work (within past 5 years).
• Compliance with safety, environmental and quality requirements (ATNS SMS, permits, PPE, etc.).
