Overview

Appointment of a service provider to provide Microsoft Excel training (Intermediate & Advanced) for Ithala Development Finance Corporation. The engagement covers 63 learners (FASSET graduates), with virtual delivery preferred and in-person if value-added, split into 1 day intermediate and 1 day advanced sessions.

Requirements

• Accredited training provider with SETA accreditation to deliver Excel (intermediate & advanced) and proven experience with similar cohorts.
• Accredited facilitator(s): ETDP-certified, with at least 2 years’ relevant facilitation experience; detailed CVs and proof of trainings; original certificates not older than 3 months.
• Demonstrated capability: at least three current, contactable client references; proof of accreditation and appointment letters/purchase orders with corresponding reference letters for each training.
• Pricing: complete pricing schedule/boq including cost per learner, total for 63 learners, learner support, training materials, and certificates.
• Compliance: Tax compliance (SARS PIN/TCS) or Central Supplier Database (CSD) registration; if in a joint venture, each party must submit separate TCS/CSD documentation.
• Documentation: SBD 1, SBD 4 (Declaration of Interest), and SBD 6.1 with all required attachments; proof of authority to sign.
• Evaluation: meet a minimum 50% in the functionality evaluation; adhere to PPPFA 2022 requirements (80/20 price-preference) and provide proof for specific goals (≥51% Black ownership, ≥51% Women ownership, ≥51% Youth ownership, ≥51% People with disability) to claim up to 20 preference points.
