Overview

Appointment of a service provider to provide monitoring for MICT SETA programmes (occupational and historical) during implementation. MICT SETA invites quotations from qualified providers to monitor accredited SDPs delivering occupational qualifications under the OQSF and the 11 extended historical qualifications gazetted in 2026, across all nine provinces, with on-site visits, reporting, corrective actions, and a consolidated close-out by 31 March 2027.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years' experience in provider monitoring, QA, auditing in the NQF/SETA/QCTO space, with at least three reference letters.
• Project team of at least two members (project lead and a visits member); each must hold an NQF7 qualification in IT, Media, Film/TV, Advertising or related field and be a registered MICT SETA assessor/moderator; CVs and qualifications not older than 6 months.
• Demonstrated capacity to monitor across all nine provinces; provide a national staffing/human-resource plan.
• CSD registration with a valid tax clearance; SBD4 and SBD6.1; certified copies of IDs; CIPC shareholding certificate for specific-goals claims.
• NDA and POPIA compliance; all deliverables remain the IP of MICT SETA; comply with confidentiality obligations.
• Ability to deliver monitoring instruments, reports (Word and PDF), and a consolidated tracking/log of actions.
