Overview

Appointment of a service provider to provide occupational audiometric screening for the IASP Armed Guards, EZEMVELO KZN WILDLIFE. Bidders should have health/occupational screening expertise, with either a registered Audiologist (HPCSA) or a certified Occupational Audiometric Screener (SANC), and at least 3 years' relevant experience. The engagement is a professional services contract requiring CVs, qualifications and registrations as proof of capability.

Requirements

• Minimum 3 years' experience in Occupational Audiometric Screening
• Personnel: HPCSA-registered Audiologist or SANC-certified Occupational Audiometric Screener
• Submit CV, qualifications, valid HPCSA/SANC registration, and a valid Occupational Audiometric Screening Certificate
• Proof of at least 3 years' relevant experience
• Bidder must be registered on the Central Suppliers Database (CSD) and provide tax/compliance information (SARS PIN or CSD number)
• Complete and submit the official bid forms (SBDs) in PDF with the RFQ
