Appointment of a Service Provider to Provide Online Digital Marketing Training for 3 Marketing Employees. SAWS seeks a provider to deliver online digital marketing training to three SAWS marketing staff, with a ceiling of up to R500,000. Bidders should be SAWS suppliers with tax/compliance clearance (SARS PIN or TCS); foreign bidders may participate under POPIA/SARS provisions. Joint ventures/consortia require appropriate documentation and adherence to SAWS procurement rules and B-BBEE where applicable.

Requirements

• SAWS supplier status with SARS tax compliance (PIN or TCS); foreign bidders may bid under POPIA/SARS arrangements.
• For bids without a TCS, provide a SARS PIN or a CSD number; ensure separate TCS for each JV/consortium.
• If bidding as a Joint Venture/Consortium, submit a teaming/subcontracting arrangement.
• Compliance with SAWS procurement rules and B-BBEE; complete required SBD forms and pricing schedules.
• No bids from persons in state service and, if awarded, sign a contract (SBD7) and potentially a SLA with supplier performance scorecard.
• POPIA/privacy consent required; adhere to data protection and 30-day payment terms after invoice.
