Appointment of a service provider to provide printing services for graduations at the Central University of Technology for a period of 36 months. The scope covers graduation booklets, guest tickets, envelopes and honorary certificates, with design, layout and full-color printing for both Bloemfontein and Welkom campuses, including secure handling of confidential graduation documents. Bidders should have established printing capabilities with image/layout design experience, and comply with SA procurement requirements (CSD registration, SARS tax clearance, B-BBEE). Requirements

• Evaluation criteria (Phase 2): 70%+ to progress; experience in graduation printing (5+ years with 2 years 2020–2026) and references; evidence of high-quality design/print finish and client references; team with five relevant personnel (one with a Graphic Design qualification, NQF 7); project timeline with milestones; local presence in Bloemfontein/Welkom (within Free State yields higher points).
• Operational capacity: adequate facilities, equipment, security controls, storage and data confidentiality; potential site inspection by the University.
• Additional requirements: evidence of operational capacity, production capacity to meet volumes; five qualified personnel with CVs/portfolios; demonstration of proficiency in design/printing software.
