Appointment of a service provider to provide production process-flow auditing/assessment and compliance training for the implementation of the Agro-Processing Market Compliance/Standards Program for three months. This is a professional services bid; ideal bidders are those with agro-processing, process auditing, and compliance-training capabilities, plus SETA/QCTO accreditation and qualified personnel.

Requirements

• Bidding entity must be accredited with a SETA (FoodBev Manufacturing) or QCTO, or provide equivalent registration.
• Key Expert 1: Project Leader must have valid professional body registration (e.g., COMENSA, ICF, IBASA).
• Key Expert 2: Facilitator must be SETA/QCTO-registered as Assessor/Moderator or hold a Skills Development Facilitation certificate.
• Tax and supplier registrations: SARS Tax Compliance status (PIN) or CSD registration; compliant with tax and supplier database requirements.
• Submit using official forms (SBD 1, SBD 3.1, SBD 4, SBD 6.1) and complete required returnables; include ownership demographics and Annexures.
• Mandatory attendance at the official briefing session.

• Documents to submit (where applicable): Part A & B of SBD 1, SBD 3.1 Pricing Schedule, SBD 4 Bidder’s Disclosure, SBD 6.1 Preference Points Form, Central Suppliers Database registration, Ownership Demographic Schedule, and evidence of SETA/QCTO accreditation and key personnel qualifications (Section L requirements).
• Bid validity: 60 days; contract duration: 3 months from signing of the Service Level Agreement.
• Evaluation stages: Administrative compliance, functionality (minimum 60%), price and preference points, then price negotiation (if applicable).
