Overview

ASA seeks to appoint a service provider to supply end-to-end Quality Management System Audit Software for 36 months, including deployment, hosting, training and ongoing support. Target bidders are providers of QMS audit software with implementation, hosting, integration, training and maintenance capabilities.

Requirements

• End-to-end Quality Management System Audit Software with tablet integration, audit data capture, photo/document uploads, automated reminders, reporting and certificate status tracking; capable of interfacing with other systems; 36-month support and hosting.
• Training: minimum of two (2) half-day training sessions for different user groups; digital guides and training videos.
• Compliance: registered on the Central Supplier Database (CSD); complete SBD 4 and SBD 6.1; sign General Conditions; tax-compliant; disclose conflicts of interest.
• Proposals must include three positive, contactable references for similar services within the last 12 months.
• Intellectual Property: ASA owns rights to outputs; SLA to be negotiated; adherence to standard terms.
• Preference points: claims for SMMEs and specific-goal ownership (e.g., >50% Black female/youth ownership) with supporting evidence.
• Mandatory briefing attendance; non-attendance leads to disqualification.
• Bid validity: proposals valid for 90 days.

  • Any relevant registrations/accreditations.
